Tip for the weekend

When browning hamburger I have a tip that saves time and wastes less. When you go to dump the grease out, use an ice cream scoop! It works into all the corners and works perfect every time!

    I like that idea, esp as I have plenty of ice cream scoops around. Also, I've had someone suggest to dump the already-cooked-hamburger into a collander and gently press the grease out that way.
