Every time I think of my favorite recipe I think fetachini or lasagna- but I want something today that can be easily remembered, so I will share my super easy mini pizzas!
You will need a tube of biscuits, mozzarella cheese, a bottle of pizza sauce and some toppings (we use just peperoni!)
Take the bisquits and squish them out somewhat flat. Take a spoon and spread sauce onto bisquit. Take toppings and layer them on top of the sauce and then add cheese! Cook on 350 for about 15 minutes- make sure to cut one in half before serving to make sure it isnt dough! hehehe
YUM!

ReplyDeleteThis is a great recipe to make with kids--I've taught my 6th grade Family and Consumer Science class this recipe and its always a winner. Great for economically challenging times, too!
ReplyDeleteOh yeah! I used to LOVE those thing. So quick, cheap, and easy! And best of all, each kid can easily decorate their pizza(s) the way they want to. :)

I love this idea. I'm totally going to make it this week. Thanks for the idea. BTW, what exactly is a blog hop? There's a specific topic you blog about weekly, and then go look at other people blogs about that topic? Sounds like a fun idea.
